Claiming an Existing Listing

If your business is already listed on 1Berlin but you do not have control over the listing, you can submit a claim request. This process helps prevent unauthorized changes to your business information.

2. Contact us using the provided links or email us directly at info@1berlin.com with the subject "Listing Claim Request".
3. Provide verifiable proof of ownership or authorization (e.g., an email from the business domain, a copy of a business license, or a phone call verification).
4. Once verified, we will grant you access to manage and update the listing.

Reporting Inaccurate Information

Community members play a vital role in keeping our directory accurate. If you notice incorrect information, closed businesses, or duplicate listings, please report it to us via the contact form or by emailing info@1berlin.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
